The variety of products in the store and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly ... I go to them for all my hardware needs ... The lock smith that they affiliate themselves with is not the best but he is an independent contractor and this has nothing to do with the products in the store and the staff...

I'm just an apartment renter who does minor repairs as needed and stop by this shop for quick questions and they are very helpful and recommends the right item for me without trying to overcharge me. I have visited this shop over a dozen times in last couple of years and I am always very satisfied.
